This tasty (vegan) pickle is a brilliant accompaniment for any curry.  It also goes well with cheese.  Made with oyster mushrooms, this pickle has a blend of spices, with garlic and ginger.  NB The level of spice is very much down to your personal tastebuds - we'd say "medium" heat.  Allergens: The pickle contains English mustard powder.
